Every officer starts in Response, taking the emergency calls and holding the scene until specialists arrive. Where you go after that depends on the standard you set on shift.
Procedure is not decoration here. Cautions are given properly, evidence is disclosed, and a case that was built carelessly falls apart in front of an Orbit Justice judge. Officers who cut corners answer to their Commanders.
