Solicitors, prosecutors and the bench. A weak case falls apart in an Orbit courtroom, and the officer who built it has to explain why.

Court is played live, with a sitting judge, a prosecution, a defence and whatever evidence the police actually gathered. Verdicts are not decided in advance and the Crown does not always win.

This is the faction that makes the rest of the city honest. Without a court that can throw a case out, an arrest is just a cutscene.
